Herman is the co-founder of JH Partners Group (JHP). He played a pivotal role in establishing JHP's robust presence in Asia and spearheaded the Group's strategic expansion into Europe and the Middle East with the establishment of JH Partners EMEA.

Prior to co-founding JHP, Herman accumulated extensive experience from leading recruitment agencies in Singapore and China. Leveraging his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Hong Kong and over 15 years of specialized expertise in the recruitment sector, he utilized his broad regional network and profound market knowledge to head up both the Banking and Technology Divisions, providing comprehensive recruitment solutions for clients across regions.

Starting from the ground up, he established and further expanded both divisions' capabilities to encompass both traditional and cutting-edge specialisms, including front office roles in Investment Banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Asset Management with technology verticals including DevOps, cybersecurity, business transformation and operation management, artificial intelligence, blockchain/web3, and data science.

With an unwavering commitment to clients, Herman has demonstrated strong leadership in fulfilling all clients’ diverse talent needs across traditional banking and financial services, as well as pioneering fintech and other frontier technology sectors.

Albert Wong is a co-founder and partner of JH Partners with over 15 years of experience in executive recruitment and business management. He specializes in placing C-suite, front, middle, and back-office roles in renowned corporate and financial institutions. With a successful track record of over 300 global executive placements, Albert has played a pivotal role in new business expansion and achievement for over 100 financial institutions and corporates. His strategic talent solutions and market insights give clients a competitive edge in attracting exceptional talent. Albert holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Nottingham and is known for his commitment to delivering results and driving success.

Kobe Yang is the Partner and China Office Head of JH Partners, focusing on executive search over financial services and technology sectors including traditional finance, fintech, blockchain, web2 and web3, and artificial intelligence. Over the past 11 years, Kobe has helped build JH Partners' China onshore executive search business from the ground up across private equity and venture capital, investment banking, brokerage, and asset management (directional and quant investment).
 

With over 174 successful placements totaling over ¥36 million in fees, Kobe has established himself as one of the top China-focused search consultants. He achieved quarterly fees of over millions for eight times and has spoken at high-profile events such as the Credit Suisse China Investment Conference.
 

Kobe takes pride in assisting leading financial institutions and technology companies establish and scale their businesses across key markets in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and US. Through his expertise in identifying and recruiting C-suite executives and middle managers, Kobe has helped many organizations expand internationally with local leadership teams.

Christy leads the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and High-Volume Recruitment Service team for JH Partners, specializing in supporting the growth and expansion of Retail and Services sector clients within APAC markets. She possesses particular expertise in recruiting motivated and dedicated frontline staff.

Drawing on over 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience with globally recognized brands such as Apple and Dr. Martens, Christy excels at developing high-volume hiring strategies for new market expansion and store opening projects.

Her expertise extends to building robust assessment frameworks, designing efficient hiring processes, and diversifying the workforce by expanding sourcing channels, engaging with communities, and improving candidate conversion rates.

Notably, Christy has consistently achieved high retention rates among her hires, even within the challenging retail industry, and has successfully supported their progression into leadership roles.

Kaz has delivered successful recruitment solutions across a diverse range of technical landscapes. These include DevOps, cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and GCP, engineering and infrastructure, software development, IT consulting, ERP systems including SAP, Oracle and Dynamics, as well as testing, quality assurance and technical support.

His expertise spans end-to-end recruitment delivery and talent strategy, with a deep understanding of RPO, MSP and corporate recruitment models. He is highly skilled in direct sourcing strategy and execution, social recruiting, and recruitment marketing. Kaz is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and has a proven track record in candidate engagement, performance management, and managing both local and remote recruitment teams. His experience includes working with various applicant tracking systems and leading employer brand strategies to attract top talent.
